Rooms could greatly benefit from proper maintenance!!! Cleanliness standards need to be drastically improved!!! Non-smoking options should be smoke-free without evidence of burns!!! Advertising should be more truthful to avoid misleading guests!!!

The housekeeper was attentive, maintaining cleanliness in the areas we could access.

The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room, and there were visible cigarette burns on the linens.

Consider bringing your own air freshener, as the standard room could benefit from better ventilation to eliminate strong odors.
